Yes. This reserves your preferred day and time. While it might seem uncommon, we’ve adopted this policy to prevent any issues with billing and ensure smooth operations.

If you skip within 48 hours of your appointment, the charge will be credited to your account for future use. Cancellations within 24 hours, however, are non-refundable.

Services & Extras

We do not. Our insurance only covers our cleaners inside your home.

For most areas, we use non-toxic cleaners. In cases where tougher cleaning is required—like removing calcium buildup on shower doors—we may use stronger products, but only when necessary.

We’ll dedicate extra time to tidying up cluttered areas like pantries, bedroom closets, and counters, adding order and functionality to your space.

Tipping is appreciated but not required. Any amount that feels right to you will be warmly received by your cleaner.

We recommend a deep clean to address areas that might have been missed in the past. Afterward, most clients switch to standard cleanings.
