Residential Cleaning Technician
Work includes residential homes and occasional commercial spaces across Allen, Fairview, McKinney, Plano, Frisco, and nearby communities.
Active, independent work with a clear standard.
This role is a strong fit for someone who takes pride in physical work, can stay motivated independently, and wants a reliable team environment.
$700–$900/week
Once fully trained; most team members work approximately 25–35 hours per week.
What the role requires
- Comfort working independently and completing tasks efficiently
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to bend, kneel, twist, and move throughout the workday
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and consistent communication
- Travel to homes and occasional commercial spaces in the service area
