Our Current Openings

Residential Cleaning Technician

  • Independent Workers: You must feel comfortable working independently while staying motivated to complete tasks efficiently.

  • Physical Stamina:
    House cleaning is an active job! You’ll need to be able to consistently:

    • Lift up to 20 lbs.
    • Bend, kneel, twist, and move with ease while performing cleaning tasks throughout the day
  • Strong Work Ethic: Hard work and a positive attitude are essential to your success in this role.

  • Service Areas: We proudly serve Allen, Fairview, McKinney, Plano, Frisco, and a few other nearby communities.
  • Pay:
    $700–$900 per week once you transition to full-time status (typically within 1–3 weeks, depending on how quickly you master our training).

The Story Behind Tidy Upped

Hi, I’m Ali Alzurufi, the founder of Tidy Upped. Growing up as a first-generation American in Chicago wasn’t exactly a walk in the park—unless that park was under construction, had a few detours, and occasionally required a hard hat. After losing my dad at age 5, my mom raised me and my three siblings on her own, juggling life like a pro. Moving around a lot taught me two things: how to pack quickly and how to stay determined no matter what life throws your way.

Before founding Tidy Upped, I tried a few business ideas during high school and college. Let’s just say some of them worked about as well as a mop with no handle. But every “lesson” gave me the skills I needed to launch Tidy Upped in 2020. This time, I got it right—and it’s been a game-changer.

Today, Tidy Upped is more than just a cleaning service. It’s my way of helping clients take back their time so they can focus on the things that truly spark joy—or at least binge their favorite shows without guilt. Life’s messy, but your home doesn’t have to be!
